Responsibilities:
- Responding to requests and alerts when a malfunction has been identified to provide repair support
- Diagnosing the problem and fixing it to resolve the issue
- Ordering any new parts that are required in order to fix the problem
- Effective time management to ensure swift responses, including the prioritization of tasks according to urgency and importance
- Organizing schedules of when various components require checks
- Providing maintenance to prevent potential problems
- Monitoring any issues in order to act immediately if they worsen
- Maintenance Report (to be signed & acknowledged by outlet, 1 copy for submission to HR, 1 copy for outlet filing under “Maintenance Report” for easy reference by Audit Officer during each QSCV evaluation if there are any findings on technical non-compliance)
- Recording Log Book on all Time-In / Time-Out for each maintenance job done & signature acknowledgement from outlet’s manager
- Preventive Maintenance Schedule
- Priorities checklist on pending maintenance issues for follow-up
Requirement:
- 3 years or more experience on the related position
- Knowledge of Air-con, Freezer, Chiller, Electric maintenance…
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English Language
- Good at English and Chinese is plus
