RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage full set of account including prepare Cash Flow Statement, Monthly Report to Management.
- Supervise and approve all accounting journal entries covering all branches
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes.
- Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
- Monitor and support taxation requirements.
- Knowledge of NBC Law , Rules and Regulations
- Evaluate and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues.
- Collect and analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations;
Other related duties as requested by Management
REQUIERMENT:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance. Member of an international Accounting Body is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting/Finance with an Accounting System
- Relevant experience in the Bank or MFI sector is an advantage.
- Good command of English both writing and speaking
- Team work and willing to work under pressure.
- Good technical knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, others)
- Good knowledge on banking products and services
- Good at planning skills, negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and critical thinking skills
- Good health, possessing a positive attitude, be friendly, hard-working, flexible, honestly and willing to work as a Team
Working Hour: 8:00-5:00
Working Date: Mon to Sat(Half day)
Salary Range: 700$-1000$
Commission: N/A
