Responsibilities:
- Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual sales people by set individual sales targets with sales team.
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team.
- After that evaluate performance of sales staff are needed.
- Plan and direct sales team training. After that provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- Generate timely sales reports
- Develop pricing schedules and rates, develop promotional ideas and material and formulate sales policies and procedures
Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis. Through this analyze data to identify sales opportunities are needed.
Requirement:
- Male & Female
- Bachelor degree in Marketing and business or related professional qualification
- At least 3 year experience with this position
- Good communication with English or Chinese if possible
- Leadership skill
- Building material knowledge, or Food and Beverage knowledge
- Strong Commitment with self-confident, negotiation skill and interpersonal skill.
- Good looking appearance, positive attitude, high responsible, flexible, challenging, and honest.
Working Hour:7:30am-5:15pm
