Responsibilities:
- Manage sales performance for Cambodia market, budgets and all sales activities related to the Health Care, FMCG and Beauty Products.
- Develop sales strategies and sales plan to achieve the growth, market share and profitability.
- Special events management – Conducting Business Meetings (Marketing Plan / OPP), health & beauty talks, demonstrations, seminars and workshops, public sponsoring, H & B Fair. Give various training on business development and team building. Provide distributors.

Requirement:
- Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Sale and Marketing
- At least 4 to 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
- At least 4 years in sale supervisory position
- Good communication and ability to sell in network marketing
- Ability to manage, train and motivate sales team
- Be open for travelling and field works
- Good written and spoken English, or other languages
- Strongly recommend network marketing field
- Honestly, hard-working and result-oriented
- Friendly and outgoing
- Well-presented and attractive personality
