RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build up pedagogy adapted to trainers focusing on competency and curriculum.
- Manage a project of Smile Construction Services.
- Involve students to volunteer in community services.
- Staff management: teaching schedule, job description, objectives, and coaching activities.
- Administration tasks: control student affairs and work with Administration Department and HR for recruitment process and other tasks related to official paper and procedures.
- Control and follow up students’ quality.
- Create partnership and communicate with other stakeholders: educational institution, NGOs, and companies.
- Communicate and share services to all partners.
Job Requirement:
- Recognized degree in related fields.
- Good command of English. French is a plus.
- Capacity to attend international meeting and presentation.
- Five year experiences in managing teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Products.
Working Hour: 8:00am-5:30pm
Working Date: Mon-Sat (half day)
Salary Range: 1000$-1200$ (if high experience can negotiate)
Commission: N/A
Public Holiday: Follow by Labor Law
Annual leave: 18day and half per year
Other allowances: Insurance
Bonus: 13th salary, Competitive salary, 13th month salaries plus a package of benefits will be provided to all staff
