Principal Accountabilities

  • Generate sales revenue for the assigned products in a defined territory of provinces
  • Ensure the smooth flow of sale order, supply of goods to provinces.
  • Develop existing depot sales and open and expand new distribution points for all provinces under your territory
  • Manages sales representative in field and administrative performance to ensure adherence to agreed standards of performance and to ensure agreed levels of expansion of the retail universe are achieved or exceeded
  • Ensures agreed standards of stock pressure, stock display and presentation for all product lines in calls under your control are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure the credit limit and AR aging to meet company policy.

Job Functions 

  • Ensure all of your provincial staff can achieve sales and distribution targets set by company.
  • Travel to provinces base on monthly schedule set by company, work close with sales representative based at province to push sales and distribution province territory.
  • Ensure SR’s perform their tasks as per job description with particular reference to
  • stock volume and in store stock pressure levels
  • stock display and merchandising placement
  • rotation of stock to minimize out of date lines
  • sales promotion activities
  • adherence to correct procedures and policies
  • Tracking of daily, weekly  sales under provinces
  • Conduct meeting with provincial depot owner on sales and distribution update and to find key issue for immediate action.
  • Collect market information regarding customer feedback and competitor activities
  • Build good relationship with key customers in provinces.
  • Send  daily sales report to GT manager, according to company report format
  • Provide weekly or monthly report by province visited & competitors’ activities to GT Sale manager (Actual situation, positive and negative points and suggestions).
  • Assist GT manager and work closely with provincial sales team in developing key strategy to grow the business in provinces.
  • Perform other task as assigned by provincial Sale manager.

Requirement:

  • At least 3 years experiences in related field
  • Good command of English language
  • Knowledge of inventory and warehouse control
  • Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet and Email)
  • Good management and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management and able to work according to deadline
  • Honest, reliable, hard-working and intelligent

Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm

Working Date: base by case

Salary Range: 300$-500$

Commission: Commission

Public Holiday: 80% of Labor Law
