RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage associates to meet the needs of the business by demonstrating outstanding
interpersonal skills. - Maintain complete knowledge of all service tasks and programs, as well as system and
telecommunications capabilities. - Answer questions from customers and provide guidance, instruction, orientation, and
feedback. - Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed.
- Maintain good relationship between both internal and external customers.
- Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
- Keep management informed on issues and problems.
- Prepare Daily/monthly/annual results and performance reports.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement process.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in related fields as such business, economics, finance and banking, etc.
- Ability to converse in English is essential.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge about the MS office
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the
company. - Result oriented with high integrity.
