Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales and marketing for driving business revenue performance and development
of the new business opportunity.
- To drive volume and revenue growth to meet or exceed agreed targets of department and to achieve
revenue target
- Managing warehouse space to lease or sell services to customers, suppliers and transport companies
- Consulting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and
prospects and LSA Management (Create contract proposal in proper solutions for Kerry Wordbridge
Logistics Limited.
- Conducts one-on-one review with all subordinate to build more effective communications, to
understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of the team
sales and activity performance.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFQ responses.
- Attend internal meetings, seminars, working groups, provide reports and analysis as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Logistics or related business filed.
- At least 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation, and
related business filed.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English very good level.
- Good knowledge & experience in Microsoft Office

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well organized with systematic and able to prioritize effectively.
