Purpose of position:
- Accentuate the furniture and provide visual interest/ design with home accents for additional sale.
Responsibilities:
- Works directly with team to design, organize, purge, and display, including home stores, showroom, and customer residences.
- Responsible for total store support display recovery directed by visual lead, assist with receiving accessories, placement of new products.
- Assist with creating floor plan_2D or 3D design, including store’s layout plan, customers demands, product focus, and flexibility to travel to service multiple projects.
- Work with the store manager, store staff in determining specific visual needs, such as fixtures, images, and point of sale materials for the store.
- Mentor store staff on merchandising basics, and assistant in communicating the company is visual merchandising standards.
- Perform basic daily, weekly, and monthly total store recovery.
- Maintain reliable attendance, and adheres to work schedule, or deadline.
Job Requirements:
- Required to walk, stand , crouch, kneel, and stretch to reach objects
- Ability lift, push, pull 40 pounds without assistance and 75 pounds with assistance
- Occasionally be required to work outdoor and in extreme environments
