- Prepare and Propose Sales & Marketing Plan
- Implement and deliver the most effective marketing strategies to meet the sales target assigned
- Build strong team spirit and provide training to the sales team to increase sales efficiency
- Committed to archive target with Sales Target Planning
- Identify and build strong relationship with potential clients or network
- To give the valuable input/idea that can be implemented to achieve company goals
- Share knowledge among the team to increase the competencies of the team in creating sales
- Conduct marketing research and regular competitor analysis
- Manage distribution to ensure products availability in the assigned areas
- To lead the execution of sale program in specific area/channel
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by MD
- Able to work well in team or individual
- Being patient, loyal, responsible, and willing to work hard
- Report to MD
Requirement:
- Male or Female (preferred)
- Knowledge & interest in the real estate & investment in Cambodia
- Computer knowledge in Ms. Office
- Good English or Chinese communication
- Hard-working/Outstanding and Flexible, able to work under pressure
- Strong organizational, team leadership, and communication skills
- Confident to dialog with investors or businessmen/women about company’s services
Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm
Working Date: Mon to Sat (half)
Salary Ranking: 600$-1000$ plus
Commission: have
Public Holiday: Depend on company
Other allowances: high allowance
