Responsibility:
- Providing a high-level customer service process to the Kofi’s active and potential customers
- Monitoring and reporting customer inquiries and complaints to sales supervisor
- Propose to develop indicators that measure the desired customer service levels in order to monitor and
- control the desired service levels in the touch points
- Maintain accurate and organized customer files
- Providing regular statistical reports to the sales supervisor
- Use strong consultative sales skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills (both oral and written),
- attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and motivation to make the sale
- Work with local outside salespeople to assist in following up with any issues
- Ensure that all new goods in showroom always clean
- Handle stock on KOFI showroom ensuring it is correctly between report and stock on hand
- Records all borrow items related stock on KOFI showroom and make sure all product available
- for selling on public holiday and weekend
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Respect time and company policy
- Other duties as assigned
Requirement:
- University student or Graduated Bachelor degree, major in Marketing or English or Business
- Admin or Relevant.
- If have working experience as Sales is priority.
- Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing skills
- Computer Literacy Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and PowerPoint
- Good presentation skill & Strong internal personal skills
- Work successfully as part of a team,
- Maintain a positive morale and professional attitude
Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm Working Date: Mon-sat
Salary Range: 150$-200$
Commission: N/A
Public Holiday: follow by company, 18 Annual Leave
