Responsibilities:

  •  Manage sales performance for Cambodia market, budgets and all sales activities related to the Health Care, FMCG and Beauty Products.
  •  Develop sales strategies and sales plan to achieve the growth, market share and profitability.
  •  Special events management – Conducting Business Meetings (Marketing Plan / OPP), health & beauty talks, demonstrations, seminars and workshops, public sponsoring, H & B Fair. Give various training on business development and team building. Provide distributors.
  •  Planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, reporting
  •  Partnering and building relationship
  •  Problem solving
  •  Coordinating
  •  Communicating
  •  Counseling

Requirement:

  • Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Sale and Marketing
  • At least 4 to 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
  • At least 4 years in sale supervisory position
  • Good communication and ability to sell in network marketing
  •  Ability to manage, train and motivate sales team
  • Be open for travelling and field works
  • Good written and spoken English, or other languages
  • Strongly recommend network marketing field
  • Honestly, hard-working and result-oriented
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Well-presented and attractive personality
