Responsibilities:
- maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
- cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
- negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- gathering market and customer information;
- challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
- reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements ; making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing is preferred
- 1 or 2 years related experience
- Commitment to professional development and activities in the company
- Fluent in speaking, reading, writing and listening in English
- Willing to work through the guidelines and curriculum of HCC
- Ability to keep and adapt HCC and Cambodian Culture
- Excellent team working and collaborative skills
- Flexibility and adaptable selling and managing style
- Punctuality and high responsibility
- Patience and good sense of humor
