Responsibilities:

  • maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
  • cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
  • responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
  • negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
  • gathering market and customer information;
  • challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
  • reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
  • gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements ; making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing is preferred
  • 1 or 2 years related experience
  • Commitment to professional development and activities in the company
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, writing and listening in English
  • Willing to work through the guidelines and curriculum of HCC
  • Ability to keep and adapt HCC and Cambodian Culture
  • Excellent team working and collaborative skills
  • Flexibility and adaptable selling and managing style
  • Punctuality and high responsibility
  • Patience and good sense of humor
