Responsibilities:
- Find new customers and drive sales in assigned region;
- Create comprehensive marketing field trips in line with company goals and objectives;
- Aid in developing strategic marketing plan, and monitor effective execution of plan;
- Manage and improve all marketing measuring results;
- Co-ordinate with relevant departments in ensuring sales growth;
- Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to Executive Management;
- Manage and strengthen sales and marketing staffs to reach the sale target;
- Search and analyze for potential strategic partnerships;
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partners;
Perform other duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Sales, or other related field.
- At least 5 years of full time working experience in marketing, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Khmer and English.
- Experience in furniture industry preferred.
- Demonstrate creative thinking and good attention to details.
- Excellent organization and time management skills and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage tight deadlines.
- Ability to use good judgment when performing tasks and making decisions.
- Ability to maintain positive, respectful, professional relationships with all stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop and various social media platforms.
- Ability to work extended hours, if needed..
