Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for inspection, testing, sampling, release and reject of raw materials and finished product;
- Understand HACCP Principles and practices consistent with the Safe Quality Food Standards;
- Provides support/guidance for the QA labs & production areas to include training in food safety (GMP, HACCP, BRC and other topics).
- Conduct the GMP and HACCP inspection regularly to verify the hygiene and process
- Spot check shall be conducted ensuring that our product are met our specification;
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP are monitor and observed;
- Develop the specification of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products
- To assure material being used in the production and packing line has the right spec.
- Ensure that the inspection, testing, sampling have been done properly according to the procedures
- Monitor quality and process improvement activities.
- Provides needed support of all internal and external audits.
- To Support QA Manager regarding consumer and responsible for customer complaints.
- To keep record of all occurrences.
- To achieve a high standard of product quality.
- To Achieve all KPI’s related to QA/QC Consumer / customer complaints.
- Develop the QC documentation such as procedures, sampling plan, calibration program, work instruction and forms and responsible for relevant documentation for Quality processes.
- Ensure that the analysis results are correct and properly recorded
- Maintain good implementation of GMP and HACCP
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree of Food Science, Chemistry or similar Science or related fields
- A minimum of 1-2 years within the Food Industry or related GMP regulated industry highly desirable.
- Capability of measuring, monitoring, communicating results, taking corrective actions
- Experience understanding of Food Safety regulations, GMP, HACCP highly desirable.
- Certification and training in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP and the proven ability to write HACCP plans
- Know and understand Quality Assurance and Control principles as they relate to the daily QA/QC activities.
- Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in various stages of completion efficiently and effectively
- Analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good communications skills and fluent in both written & spoken in Chinese and English is preferable.
- Friendly manners, self-assured behavior, skilled and fluent in negotiations Physically capable of moving to all areas of the plant
