Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Review the project schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Select tools, materials and equipment and monitor inventory
- Review the work progress on daily basis
- Prepare reports regarding job status
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Other tasks
- Strong Interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in management or other related fields
- Five years of experience in related field
- Honest, motivated and hardworking
- Excellent communication skill
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Chinese, English and Khmer
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS project, excel, word and outlook
Working Hour: 8:00am-5:30pm
Working Date: Mon-Sat (haft)
Salary Range: $1000-$3000
Commission: N/A
Allowance: N/A
Public Holiday: 18 day
Annual Leave: 18 day per year
Bonus: on big holidays such as KNY, CNY, Pchum Penh… and end of the year after 2 years employment
