Its manufacturing facility in Cambodia employs 2,400 employees-workers, is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Merchandiser – base in Phnom Penh.
1. Role Identification
- Report to: Merchandising Manager
- Manager One-Up: Merchandising Manager
- Department: Merchandising Dept
- Starting Date: Immediately
- Salary range: $250 to $600 Gross per month depend on competence, experience and qualifications
2. Role Purpose
- To get down all Raw Materials on time to have smooth flow on the orders & fulfil the production requirement to meet customer deliveries.
3. Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle from development stage base on Customer Cads & styles
- Fulfill the production requirement by giving the required Raw Materials on time per the production schedules. (Fabric/Trims)
- Achieve the planned scheduled cut dates for bulk. (Must to maintain 100% cut dates)
- Identifying sub material needed for each orders & placing orders with the suppliers and maintaining the supply
- Checking & updating related areas of CP’s weekly in order to have smooth flow on the orders
- Sourcing and catalogue information on sub materials supplies.
- Pre production area follow up
- Monthly Leftover checking & utilizing
- Handle the whole Merchandising process from the Order Placement up to the Shipments Ex-factory
- Minimize the wastages and optimize available resources
4. Role Requirements
A. Basic Requirements:
Education: Certificate or Diploma in Merchandising or equivalence in experience in the same field of study.
Certificate in Purchase and procurement in PO and shipping would be a great plus. 5 to 7 years experience in the Merchandising business would be an asset.
Work Experience: 1 Year or above
Language (s) : English / Khmer /Chinese a plus
