Responsibilities:
- Manage MEP work on site according to the construction progress such as labor, drawing, material, and tools
- To be able to prepare MEP constructed schedule to align with construction and do report properly
- To be able to coordinate between Head Office, Structure team, Architectural team at site
- To be able to manage paper work such as built drawing, shop drawing, material list and data report
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or related field
- At least 5 Years experiences working at Site
- Understand sequence of MEP work
- Able to communicate in English
- Good leadership / management
- Problem solving, sociable, smart, honest, and hard working
- High cooperate in team work
- Required skill: Microsoft office, AutoCad, Electrical: Mv, Lv, Elv, Mechanical: Plumbing, Air Conditioner, Firefighting, HVAC
