Job Description
– Establish HR standard and procedure
– Manage recruiting and employee testing program
– Conduct performance appraisal and proposes reward scheme on a regular basis
– Continually evaluates compensation policies and procedure
– Payroll
– Maintain and updates HR policy in regular basis
– Surveys the work force to determine employee satisfaction using ESI
– Inform management of critical human resources situation and issues, including changes in man power needs, legal consideration, hiring / disciplinary / termination practices
– To establish Human Resources Dept. objectives, plans, budget and policies
– Work as a team in cross functional
– Perform performance appraisal for the staff and develop HR in Human Resources Dept.
Job Requirements
– At least 5 year experience
– Bachelor Degree
– Fluent English or (Good English)
– Good in negotiation skill and communication skill
