Responsibilities:
- Daily monitor and evaluate staff performance and operation
- Staff ID Card and other admin and HR letters
- Coordinate Staff induction, staff orientation and training session
- Monitoring attendance of operator and front office staff
- Keep Building Relationship with Existing and new staff
- Dealing problem with staff and customers
- Make sure all staff and customers compliance with policies
- Coordinate staff insurance with NSSF Agency
- Perform others duties assigned by line manager
Requirement:
- Pursuing BA or obtaining BA in Management, Business Administrative, or Relevant degree is preferable
- Experiencing in marketing/sales/customer services Position
- Being proactively and flexibly, with minimum supervision
- Ability to work effectively as a team member with colleagues and across MING HOUR Group
- Have Interpersonal/Communication Skills
- Good Command of Khmer and Able to use English with Expat
- Ability of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet/Email/Outlook Express
- Honest, patient, hard-working, and willing to learn new things for professional improvement
- Have owned transport and valid driving license.
Working Hour: 8:00am – 11:00 and 2:00-5:00pm
Working Date: Mon-sun (1day off per week)
Salary Range: 170$-200$
