Objectives
- Contribute to the development of Social Media
- Generate positive media coverage supporting our services and initiatives
- Expand the media recognition, visibility and presence of Sociaven’s businesses
- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional strategies and plans
- Support the marketing team with marketing and communications activities
- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials
- Ensure the content of Sociaven Businesses’ websites is up-to-date
- Assist with other marketing, promotional and networking related activities
Main Tasks
- Design and prepare marketing promotional materials covering brand awareness and specific products, services and events
- Monitor feedback from the market and stakeholders on Sociaven marketing communications
- Design and prepare marketing and communications materials for seminars, workshops and events
- Manager the social media marketing (Facebook, Linked-In, Instagram and etc.) for Sociaven businesses
- Attend networking events where required
- Maintain and update the content for Sociaven Businesses’ website
- Contribute ideas to marketing and promotional strategies
- Provide regular reports to Manager on marketing communications activities
- Design and prepare email marketing in guidance from Manager
Other admin tasks for function if required
Key Performance Measures
- Unique selling points and key differences of Sociaven businesses are clearly visible in the market
- All marketing written content and promotional materials are of a good standard, accurate, effective and up-to-date
- Demonstrated active contribution to the development of a social media presence
- Media coverage of Sociaven businesses is evident and positive
- Demonstrated contribution to the development of marketing and promotional strategies and plans
- Assigned marketing and promotional activities are completed effectively and on time
Experience and Skills Required
- Experience in marketing, communications and/or public relations (fresh graduate is welcome)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Khmer)
- Ability to create creative, unique, and relevant online content for the Web: websites and social medias
- Strong computer skills including updating websites and using programs such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Personable and able to work in a team
- Ability to develop new ideas
- Professional attitude, honest and hard working
- Ambitious and looking for long-term opportunities
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated and results oriented
