Responsibilities:
- Understand customer’s standard and ensure the customer’s requirements. Follow up with teams on audit procedures and result.
- Compliance system maintenance.
- Analyze and resolve the root cause problems
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, SOPs, best practices and audit programs
- Manage and build relationship with customers/other vendors to ensure KPI commitment achieved.
- Support corporate strategy for covering compliance, risk management, issue resolution and escalation.
- Provide support on CIQ and other governments agency inquired, develop strong relationship with customers
- Ensure that each department of the company follows all applicable laws and regulations to prevent violations of legal guideline and internal policies
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree
- Computer literate (Microsoft office application and Outlook)
- Language : English and Business English/at least upper level (Japanese is a plus)
- Good analytical mind and problem solving problem
- Independent , self-drive and result-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with customers of auditors
- Computer literate (Microsoft office application and Outlook)
- 5 years experience in operation side and also work as in finance company is much better
- Able to work for Japanese company
Working Hour: 8:00 to 17:00 (1-hour break time) on Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 12:00 on Saturday
Working Date: Monday to Saturday
