Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth and continuous service operations according to the company standard
- Handling all technical and quality claims on service related matter with clients
- Monitor, improve, and develop operations processes to ensure highest efficiency
- Ensure working procedures and standard are implemented
- Review contracts and make sure that service items are delivered to clients
- Prepare reports to GM/MD
- Ensure materials and supplies are efficiently used and planned
- Prepare Sales Forecasting & Plan and set up sales target to achieve company’s goal
- Ensure all potential clients are contacted and informed of the company’s products and services
- Contact clients and arrange visits for potential business development
- Monitor client complaints and feedback to operations team
- Other related activities assigned by the GM or MD
Requirement:
- Degree in management or related field
- Organized, independent, and honest
- At least 2-year work experience from any service industry (operation department)
- Experience and right attitude to be a good sale is a PLUS (B2B Sales)
- Committed to high standard
- Strong sense of cleanliness and tidiness
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
- Very familiar with Computer literate (Ms. Office & email)
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven.
Working Hour: 7:30am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:30pm
Working Date: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: 700$-1200$
