Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing & Category Manager to manage and control local food development from start to end, including raw material sourcing, supplier liaison, pricing and marketing strategy formulation, merchandising, operational training etc.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and internal cross-functional team to ensure smooth implementation of business strategies.
- Assist the development of forecast plans and manage category inventory to maximize sales
- Develop marketing materials to drive business results.
- Track business performance and evaluate effectiveness of promotional activities
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier relationships.
- Coach Operations Team on best practices and provide guidelines on category initiatives
- Conduct competitive market analysis to identify sales opportunities
- Manage ad-hoc category projects.
Requirement:
- Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 3+ years of experience in F&B or retail operations, experience in procurement field will also be considered
- Progressive experience in product or brand management in a sizable organization
- Proven project leadership experience in a cross-functional environment
- Fluent written and spoken English, Khmer proficiency is a plus
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills
- Profound understanding on local F&B market
- Able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and as a team
Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm
Working Date: Mon-Fri
Salary Range: Nego
