Job Descriptions

Responsibility:

  • Insure that the employees are getting the things that they need according to the company policies and market level.
  • Makes sure that the employer has a good employee that works hard and producing good quality work.
  • Responsible for workforce planning to make sure that all departments have enough people on each shift.
  • Manage recruitment of qualified people no matter what department makes the request for new employee and does the induction and orientation of the new employee before they are sent to the department for training.
  • Takes the lead in the personnel administration section keeping track of all the employees.
  • In charge of salary scale, raising, compensation and benefits.
  • In charge of time cards and making sure that each department stays within their limit of payroll hours.
  • Do performance appraisal
  • In charge of monitoring employee’s behavior and conflict resolution.
  • Manage working environment, including security and safety.

Recruitment:

  • Prepare the New staff Request for GM and MD approval.
  • Conduct the announcement publication and collect CV for 1st selection and 1st interview, and prepare report to GM.
  • Follow up 2nd & 3rd interview and Report.
  • Prepare the New Employee Acceptance Form for final acceptance.
  • Welcome, Introduction and orientation for new staffs,
  • After Probation period, prepare working contract, with specific attention for Job and responsibilities description (this job description must be validate by Line Manager, General Manager, and Managing Director.

Work flow control:

  • Create, develop and use internal tools and system for all staff work flow control such as:
  • Time IN/Time Out; Time Off, Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Absence, Over Time…
  • Control and send to top management all monthly report or special report.
  • Responsible to keep all data update in the HR data base.
  • Prepare and submit OT forecast to General Manager before 8th of the month for transmission to Managing Director before 10th of the month.
  • Prepare OT request before 18th of the for General Manager, for transmission to Managing Director bifore 20th of the month.

Working space and organizational:

  • Before a new employee arrival, HR Manager must also prepare and organize the work station.
  • Organize, improve and implement all working area.

Performance Management:

  • Prepare a performance management Plan, and create documents, forms and tool necessary for evaluation and appraisal.
  • KPI
  • Conduct and overview employee evaluation, monthly, per quarter and yearly.
  • Probation period Evaluation must be submit to General Manager before 15th of the 3rd month.
  • Prepare, organize and implement staff training, both internal (with department manager) and external (with school and organizations)
  • Compensation and benefits administration,
  • Company employee communication,
  • Employee relations,
  • Conflict Regulation,
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.

Policy & Regulation development:

  • Prepare and communicate to appropriate level, all documents for policy, regulation and process.
  • In relation with Top Management, you developed or modified internals regulations, policies and process.

Relation between all departments:

  • Prepare, organize and participate to weekly and monthly meeting, in order to facilitate and strengthen relation and communication between all departments.
  • Prepare, disclose and classified all internal Official Notices.

Liaises with:

  • Branch Managers
  • Sales and Marketing Manager
  • Service Manager
  • Finance Manger

Work support:

  • Participate to any other tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

– Minimum 3-year of experience in HR-Admin Management

– Ability to make HR-Admin Policy and report

– Good Knowledge on Cambodia Labor Law and HR best practice

– Excellent communication skills, Negotiation skills, interpersonal skill, and people skill

– High commitment and trustworthiness

– Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to produce well-written policies, procedures, and reports.

– Experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals.

– Experience creating and delivering soft skills training and working with teams to improve their performance.

Working Hour: 8:00am-5:00pm

Working Date: Mon-Sat
