Job Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor policies and procedures within generally accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced operating costs, and increased revenues.
- Setting up financial statement, balance sheet and building up chart account and accounting systems, updating fixed asset list;
- Overview the cash flow and cash predictions for the projects;
- Liaison with local Bank and Tax revenue Department of Cambodia;
- Oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
- Ensure timely & accurate consolidations of budget forecast reports
- Manage monthly financial statement, balance sheet, cash flow and income statement and reporting to GM for reviewing
- Working closely with China HQ, and other department throughout the company to drives projects and improve process efficiency.
- Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements;
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded timely;
- Cost analysis, monthly stock inventory conducting and arrangement with accurate figure;
- Manage monthly taxation declaration submitting to Tax Revenue Department.
Requirement:
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in finance, accounting and taxation with garment manufacturing Company or investment company is preferable;
- Cambodian, Male/Female;
- Bachelor/Master degree in accounting, finance and banking or equivalent field;
- Strong understanding of accounting and compliance requirements
- Track record of showing finance leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- Familiarity with all kind of taxation;
- Strong organizational, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Good Computer Skill such as MS word, Excel, Access, Peachtree and QuickBooks;
- Good command of Chinese both spoken and written; English is priority;
Experience working at Investment Company or QIP Company
